Cyber democracy is the Democracy which uses internet (Information and Communication technology) to spread (promote) democracy.
It is also called as E- democracy or Digital-democracy or internet democracy.In Cyber democracy, government gives equally participation in the proposal, development or creation of laws to every adult citizens.
Information which is going through internet, promoted the freedom and human right (freedom of speech, religion, expression, the right to know etc.) comes under democracy.
It contains social, economic, cultural situation which gives the free and equal participation in political and government process.
